SO ive been taking gaspari's multi dubbed "anavite" and honestly ive never felt better. its given me sustained energy through out the day. ive gained more muscle on it. keeps my thyroid going from the kelp. just sayin if anyones looking for a better multi out there. also my favorite part is that it has beta alanine in it cause i love that tingly feeling.

Yeah I do think they have a place on a cut. I, for one, cannot lift fasted without them but I tend to recover pretty quickly with fairly recent refeeds/carbups so I'm not taking them a whole lot anyway. Just seem like a waste of money if you are eating correctly while bulking

im about a month into bulking and normally have some light doms in my chest a day after. Wednesday's legs/bi day was the first time i've had bad doms in my legs this bulk, soreness is mostly gone now but i still have em a little bit. brb 2-3 days of doms on a bulk = u wot m8

nahh, body aint ready for that. basically doing 5x5 for chest and legs, i have a back routine that i do deadlift program and two exercises with volume following the deads.

i know why i had the leg doms, i did somersault squats for my volume sets after back squats for the first time in months and they raped me pretty hard

I definitely think there worth it for fasted training, but otherwise their effectiveness is debatable.
