Consider one serving size is 26grams of sugar and there is 2 servings per 20 oz Can. Thats 50+grams of sugar from one drink. YOu should have 50 grams of sugar total in your entire day thats including food and drinks. But 50grams from one drink? Thats not healthy lol.
