Due to the size of our school, it would be very hard to get something like this to pass. Since we are a smaller school, by default, we have less members to populate our clubs, especially underground ones like paintball. The school would virtually look at is as wasting money and would rather unfortunately pour money into our NCAA sanctioned sports.
Plus, with a college that has a fantastic track record in the sport of paintball like UConn, which is not too far away, tournament players tend to look there before looking here. |

either transferring or taking a year off. im trying to decide on a school right now. but if im too late then ill just wait till the spring or next year to go back to school

hi my name is alex rodrigues im an incoming freshman i was wondering how to get involved with this club like when practices and everything are i have tournement experience and have played in d2 nepl events and the nepl highschool league 3 man

Hey Alex,
Great to hear that your coming to Hartford this year! The team is very easy to come onto. All you basically need to say is that you want to come on haha.
Practices are every Sunday basically. The first weekend or two we just get settled into our housing and all. We have meetings weekly as well. Ryan is our captain this year, and I was last year. We play in the class AA division, with two tournys per semester excluding nationals in April.
There are a few things we would need to discuss before you move in about your equipment, so if you can throw me a pm with your number and we can talk. Or message me on Facebook, just search Alex Gladstone.
