I get my extra glutamine through the msg in my takeout Chinese food. Then I let glutamine synthetase go to work.
I don't eat Chinese food...
What works for you may not work for me and vice versa. I may try to not use glutamine for a week to see what happens, but when I started using it with my other stuff I did see an improvement.
