By distance, I meant like 30 minute drive.

Although I will tell you kids this: Blood is healthy and delicious and goes fantastic in sauces with meats or just as a drink by itself. I love a cold cup of blood. I think human's is best, but pig's blood and I think it was snake blood was pretty good, too.

An unhappy job will get you nowhere unless it pays out the wazoo. And to me, out the wazoo means six figures or greater.
Do not stick with a job long-term unless you are happy. It solves a lot of issues even outside of work. Happiness is more important than a paycheck in my opinion. People these days have no clue how cheap you can live if you do it right.

See, me and you have the same outlook. And this job is far from a 6 figure job. It's a $30k a year job max.
What always has had me going back is my "fear" of change and hating job interviews.
I've only ever had 1 job...this one. Held it for 4 years, am the youngest full timer in the company(company has 3 stores, about 900+ total employees), and the youngest person to be offered any management type position. So I must be doing something right in their eyes but don't want to listen to suggestions or change.
