I've actually got some DOW 55 off of ebay and I don't think it swells the orings too much
where did you get yours? Because I am really considering buying some different DOW 55 and seeing if it swells the o rings any better

Did you build your timmy from parts or buy it and upgrade? Because you could be using a gen 3 poppet and a gen 2 ram sleeve, the best indication that its the poppet is if its leaking out of the barrel.
You might consider the ram cap being the problem too

Since you have replaced all the orings said above the only thing left is the ram sleeve orings.

could have dried out and gone bad. if they don't stay lubed it happens. but I would never remove it till it leaks cause it's easier to screw them up putting them back in than any other oring on this gun

I just got the ramsleeve out, seems like theres a nick on the U-CUP size 015 on the ram sleeve. Could this have been the problem?

More then likely.
When you get it reinstalled be sure to not torque down the set screw to much.

015 is way to small, you need 112 in place of the ucup.
