I would personally prefer we not have any events on these days but im just one person and im probably gonna get the d for nationals again lol. i would say one fall and 2 spring? not opposed to having 2 in the fall as long as they fall mid/late oct. and mid/late nov.

schedule the coldest event down here! i don't want to freeze on liberty's mountain and have to sled down to my hotel as fun as that sounds it would be difficult with a gearbag

That being said, if we do UMD, UT, KSU, and LU. then I think we can do one at LU, one at Nitro and third ???
I don't care order, but November should probably be at Nitro, since we start getting cold here and further north.
we can do March at LU, but weather is unpredictable... One year we had 2ft of snow on the field 2 days before a tournament here in late Feb.

From Google, to name a few... Liberty, PAP, OXCC, Pevs, KPS, Tiger. There may be more...
PBC Greensboro is 306 miles... but we have had bad experiences there...

where do we want the first event? one umd chooses? since the thinking is mid/late october (20 or 27) or it could be the 13th. Lets decide now though. please have input from just one from each school. i dont want individual players saying they cant do certain dates makes the matter too complicated. If every school can do that date, we need to do it even if one person cant make it.

Tennessee prefers to do 1 event in the fall and two events in the spring. Either UMD or LU for the first event and KSU when it will probably be the coldest. Also, we have a major fundraiser scheduled for October 5th and 6th so that weekend would be a no go. We're thinking the 13th of October.

just thinking....if there are two spring events plus nationals, thats a lot of money in the spring to spend...everyones choice, just thought i would say that though

Liberty prefers 2 fall, and 1 spring because of Nationals.

The later in october the better for us. just so we have more time to adjust funds. we can always grind it out and be ready by the 13th though.

for us, as long as the events are about a month apart we can have as many events as we want a semester. it just takes about 2 weeks to get money back from the school to put back in our account for the next event.

Spence id def be down for the 13th we couldnt do the 27th because half our team is playing world cup and im sure other schools would have a similar issue

what about fox paintball in virginia beach? would be nice to be near the beach lol. maybe we can catch one last nice day before the cold weather.
