I have had two NT11s and I have had zero problems. I might have broken maybe two paintballs in the barrel.

Go with a DM, they are far more reliable, more efficient than anyone needs, and they are insanely smooth. As well they are a proven platform.

I have both an NT11 and a DM.

I usually shoot the NT. I really like the weight and feel of it over the DM.

Once you figure out how to set up and maintain the NT it's not that big a deal, really...

I have an nt and a dm. The nt feels better in my hands but it kicks more than the DM and is a bit louder than the DM. You also have to take care of the nt like no other gun I have owned. I haven't had my DM very long but from the first time I shot it, it's been money. I recommend a DM. Nt is very finicky.

I say it depends on how it's tuned. My NT 10.5 shoots as good as the DM12 I have, if not, better. Only noticeable difference between the 2 for me is the sound signature (NT has a TING! sound, DM has a PUP! sound)

I have an NT11 and a DM10. There is undoubtedly a difference in the two. The NT has more kick and is a bit louder. It also has a very different sound than the DM. I feel that the DM will allow much more option in tuning but the NT is more user friendly (tuning wise) as the inserts and such are stupid easy. Both of mine shoot great and I don't break paint in either of them. I love the sound of the NT over the DM but I love the smoothness/lack of kick that my DM has. The hand feel of the NT over my DM is much better. The only thing I really miss from my DM when shooting the NT is the kick...if only I could get my NT to be as smooth as my DM.

I have an nt10 and I upgraded all the internals I made it a "10.5". It shoots great, I still have to fine tune it because of swaping out the internals. But overall Im pretty happy, its really light too.

Bro, it seems to me your looking for someone to tell you buy an NT.. Over and Over people have said dm, and yet you continuously question. Listen to them, Nts are a pain. Yes they are light and feel amazing, but whats the point when your constantly breaking paint?

Get the DM11, close the thread and you will be happy. Trust me

i have an nt. first time i got it, it was breaking paint. it was basically a blender. after a week of reading the manual and reading through the forums my nt is now shooting smoothly. nt's will break paint if you do not take care of it, but if you treat it properly it will shoot "lasers." all this people complaining about how its too much work just dont take care of their guns. as far as which should you choose, i would say buy the nt just because it is cheaper.

I have had my NT 10 for a year and a half now used it every weekend until this xmas where I shoot it half and half with my Axe. And I hear people say NTs are nothing but issues. I have seen kids having issues with NTs over and over again and this is what I have found. High regs and low dwells or vice-versa. his gun wont be shooting right and ill put a reg tester on it and the reg is at 110 or 145. I do nothing to my NT and have shot over a cases and a half through it every other weekend. I have changed maybe 3 total o-rings. Also the guys on my team have NTs and NEVER an issue except one that he got used with aftermarket board that he was always dicking with.
I think if you do the right maintenance of "don't screw with it" and dont try to over think the engineers of Dye it will work fine.

IMO....the main or maybe the only reason why anyone has problems with their markers are that THEY DONT READ THE DAMN MANUAL!!!! I shot 3 cases of paint at LL5 with my NT and had 0 ball breaks and 0 problems. And how did I manage that? Easy!... I leave it all stock and don't tinker with it. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. :-)

If you're willing to do the maintenance, go with the NT. It might be cheaper and fits comfortably in your hands. Also get it BWing'd and it will shoot like a dream. If you like to leave your gun in Your bag until you play get a DM. It really depends on you.

i love my nt10 over any of my dm's. kinda like my ego more some days though.. but i do say the dm's are easier to tune and all that, but the nt had it tuned by billy wing and shoots 280fps always and very rare do i break paint. i shot a whole case a marb at 22bps just to see if i would break a ball after billy blessed my gun and not one broke. you take care of it and it will take care of who ever you point it at.
