I've been away at school, trying to get into the responsible routine of school work and then alcohol, but they seem to be getting mixed up lately.
Ran my first mile of the semester today in 8:45, pretty happy with that as a start.

Not a bad way to start. I have no idea what I run a mile in to be honest.
I know I ran 2.4 miles in 16:34 which included some big hills.
How's school treating you Adam?
Annnd the other day, I said Ricky was lurking because of his FB status haha.

Cool to see this is still around, took me awhile to find it though. Sad to see it's died off some we had a pretty good size crew at one point. All in all glad it's still up and running, keep promoting ECA though fellas don't let it die. Don't know who all is around for the most part but I hope everyone is doing great, god bless.

That is a very very nice time. I do 2 miles on flat ground in like 15/16 minuets. |

Schools been good so far, trying to get into academic mode and get some work done for once seeing i slacked off the first few weeks. Are you still in school?
