Warp Feed Restoration Recommendations

I just picked up a Warp Feed recently and I was wondering what type of parts should be replaced for optimum performance. I'm thinking the belt the spins the thing, maybe the circular wheel thing that grabs and spins the balls.

What do you guys think?

Replacing rubber parts is a good idea, but also try putting appropriate oils in the gears.
