2011 Proto Rail Problem. Need help!!!!

Alright well i bought a second hand 2011 proto rail which was listed as new and is in good condition to what i can tell but when air it up and try to shoot the paintballs wont shoot out. They end up rolling out of the barrel. The gun also sounds really quite when it shoots. I tried firing it without paintballs so i can see what happens to the bolt and the bolt seems to barely reach the eyes and sometimes even go half way. There seems to be something wrong with the amount of air being released by the bolt. One more thing that i noticed is that as i fire i feel a bit of air through the grips, im quite new so im not sure if that is suppose to happen. Would appreciate any help.

Check your dwell and your input pressure. Also take the entire bolt kit out to make sure theres no bolt stick.

I like E2 lithium in my guns. Expensive but they last really long. Input pressure is controlled by the Hyper3 regulator. De gas the gun and turn the screw on the reg all the way in. You are now at 0 psi. Back the reg out exactly 3 turns. This should be plenty of air to at least get it shooting.
