Granted, that's a VERY long time ago now, especially in paintball terms. I saw Jeremy a few years ago at CPX, and he'd been coaching Aftershock for a while, but I'm not sure what he's up to these days.

I don't think he coaches Aftershock anymore.

That was the last 10 man NPPL, I played that event and even watched that game. Can't remember the GZ players name, but he noticed Salm while sitting in the deadbox and took off for the woods, brought him back in tears.

Think it may have been Mr. U that chased him down.

Eh close enough lol I'm surprised I remembered as much as I did.
Wasn't he using a "vintage" matrix while doing this?

Yep. That gun was actually up for sale a couple years ago.

Wait.... So he was sitting in the bushes outside the playing field while the tourney was going on... and sniping players on the field? Epic.

Not epic he went from one of the most respected people to literally the most hated. He lost his job from warped I believe cause of it & was banned from pro tournaments for a year or 2

He and his girlfriend both lost their jobs there, from what I remember. The head honcho at JT said he'd never again play for a team they or any of their brands sponsored, and Avalanche themselves broke up shortly after. The end of the original rock star team. Jeremy's ban was a one year ban from the NPPL, which was really the only league at the time.
That incident directly led to fields being completely netted in.

The sad thing was that Lanche was already locked into playing Sunday I think. I remember the game started and their back right corner got hit in the pack within the 1st minute, it was an impossible shot and the ref actually wiped it off. Then he got hit again in the pack and went to the box, that was when he started looking into the woods and that blond hair gave him away.
