So my CCM S6 will cycle fine without air, however when aired up it will fire once and then the cocking rod will only fire halfway and will just barely get the ball out of the barrel. Then when I degassing it the cocking rod will travel the rest of the way into the firing position.

This problem began after I sweet-spotted the reg at 300psi and put the RVR at 3 turns in. It had been at about 270psi and 8 turns in. I'm wondering if either the spring got worn out from being turned too far in or if I need to try a higher input pressure.

Anybody have any experience? Would a video help troubleshoot?

setting the reg to 300psi and sweet spotting are two diffent things. it sounds like you input pressure is too high and the ivg is too far out

I agree with this.

Bottom out the reg back to zero, sweetspot up to 300 FPS, and then call it good.
