MICT Planning?

So it's been a few years since this conference has had a full schedule. I'd like to change that as well as I think a lot of other people would. We have great fields in our area to choose from and I'm sure they'd love to have us. I know you can count Missouri S and T in for four events if we can get them planned. As much as I like to travel and go to other conferences tournaments and play, I like to see some tournament around Missouri, Kansas, and surrounding areas for a change.

Who all do we have here?

S and T
KU
K State
Mizzou?
Pitt State
Arkansas (I believe they play a lot down in Texas but its worth a go)

I'm sure there are more in the area that would be willing.

I can't be positive, but I am fairly certain that between our frustration with the Midwest North Conference and barring financial issues (BIG IF), Iowa State would like to play in the MICT more regularily

That'd be great... We really need to speak with our local field owners. I know Pekin hosted 2 good tournaments one for the MICT and one for the MWN last year. So we shall see what they will do this year.

Rick at Riversplat near St. Louis, Mo contacted us about holding the Missouri Open the first weekend in November... Anyone interested?

mizzou is for sure in for a couple events each semester, riversplat was a great venue the last few times we have been there.

Currently for the MICT we have Pekin on October 6th. We are currently setting up something with Riversplat for early November. For the spring it would be nice if we could get Kickn and a Kansas City field involved, then we'd draw from the south as well as Kansas.
