Geo+ problems

So I rebuilt my whole entire drivetrain today and put new o-rings on and lubed it up and went to go test it and it worked perfectly for a little while then started to get puffs and when i would increase the rate of fire it would fire properly. I had no leaks or anything and after some testing it will dry fire fine and will fire with one ball in the breach but when i put a hopper on and it has a stack on it it fires one and then there will be a bunch of puffs and then finally fire again. I'm going to clean the solenoid tomorrow and see if that helps but I was wondering if you guys had any other suggestions.

How long since you last rebuilt the reg?

Make sure the ball check is the appropriate size when rebuilding the noid.

How big is the ball check supposed to be because it seemed a little small but not too much. Update on everything rebuilt the reg and cleaned the noid and the filter was really dirty and gave it some test shots and it did much better it had extreme first shot drop but then it would chrono in the 270-280 range before i started running out of air and now i can't really do anymore until this weekend.
