Hi everyone,
I am installed a new 360 qev in my ion and when i go to air up my marker it leaks...I decided to put teflon tape on the threads and made sure the hose coming from the solenoid to the qev is perfect length and everything checks out and the gun does cycle but i dont think the bolt moves because when i turn the eyes on the gun will cycle and the bolt is still in the breech? If that makes sense and the gun works fine when i take the qev out and put the banjo back on... when i pull the trigger but the leak continues...I have installed 360 qevs on different ions before with no issues but this one does not want to cooperate I have the dwell set at 15 and rof i have maxed...any ideas?

Where is the leak coming from?

im not 100% sure but it sounds like its coming from the center of the breech....Is it unsafe to air my ion up with the breech unscrewed from the frame so I can see exactly where the leak is coming from?

You can air it up with the frame apart from the body. Just ensure all the hoses are tight. If it leaks from the breech then you have an oring problem.

I purchased a 360 QEV and it just leaks it self and its brand new :-/

There is an Oring in the QEV. change that and reinstall it.
