help needed from anyone who has owned a dm4, what tank to buy?

Its been a few years since I have played and when I did I used an autococker. that being said, I am getting back into the sport. recently picked up a used dm4, and I need to know what air tank to buy. I would like to get something that is 68/4500 and price is not an issue.

My main question is does it matter if the tank is pre-set to either a low or high pressure output? And if it does matter then which output style should I get? I noticed in the manual that 800 psi is the max input for these guns if that matters. thanks for your expertise, as I have looked high and low for this info and can't find it anywhere!

68/45 is a great sized tank to use.. I wouldnt run the dm4 on a SLP reg or anything like that, I'd go for a mid pressure to high pressure.

Yeah 800 psi output pressure screw in tank. Size of the bottle depends on how much you want to shoot on one fill. 68/45 should be sufficient.

Any high output tank should work fine, can't go wrong with a Pure Energy basic 68/4500 or something similar.

I run my DM4 (and all my DMs) through at least a 450psi tank (considered lp) and up to 850psi. I mostly use my 550psi Ninja pro reg anymore on my DMs, but have run for the past 6 years them on 450psi lp. I would not run any of mine through an SLP, well, because I find no use for an SLP.
