Hey folks. We are the directors of a new film about "Oklahoma D-Day", the largest paintball event in the world. It's called "Soldiers of Paint" and it's a game-changing film for the world of paintball. We've had a few advance screenings and so far have received very positive reviews from paintball and non-paintball players alike. We've got character-driven story with a lot of action-packed battle sequences. You may check out an advance clip of one of the battle sequences here.

We're hard at work trying to get the film distributed and available via DVD, but this is an independently-produced film and could use help making that happen. that looks pretty cool. Do you guys need the 18500 before you release the film?

Yes. Making a high-quality feature film is a very expensive process (our sound mix, for example, was $10k alone). Our next step is distribution and while we could make DVDs in our basement, it's not going to get the film our far and wide. For that we need to hire/partner with a professional distribution company and hire a publicist who can help us get it out on VOD, Amazon, iTunes, Netflix, maybe even theaters. If we can do that we can gain a lot of positive exposure and interest in paintball. We've already gotten amazing feedback from people who otherwise had no interest in the sport, but love the film. So, we know we got something really good on our hands, we just need the funds to get over this last hurdle.

I commend you for this because it is rare for mainstream paintball video producers to even bother trying to spread it to these places, let alone newcomers working on their first major production.

i hate that there is pretty much zero paintball on netflix besides Blackballed.
