You're missing the base part of the Lpr.
The left hand piece is a volumizer for the Lpr.

No. Here's a pic of a complete LPR.

And I found this in the "FAQ\Manuals\Upgrades\Settings\Modification\Proble m solving Links" which might help a little.

this is my first timmy so im not fly with the lingo on the parts lol the abck was still threaded to the block lol. anyways, got it all torn apart and put the orings where the manual said they should go, threw it all together and now i cant get the lpr below 250.

i removed the middle oring in the pic, so it has the 11 on the tip and the skinny one on the very back. still over presurising

Sounds like a bad Schrader Valve in the LPR??? Remove it and replace and/or lube the little round urethane o-ring and the o-ring on the screw.

Oring is pictured below in the center of the pic.

In that case it's either the volly that is causing it, or the orings you are using.

I noticed a tube of SL33K in the background. Make sure you're using DOW55 on all the Timmy o-rings except the ones on the bolt.

You removed the correct LPR o-ring, but make sure that front volumizer o-ring is good and lubed with Dow55. It prevents the HPR air from going down the slot near the threads on the front block. This slot feeds the front block barb, which feeds the solenoid.

Dow55 swells o-rings and BL markers are built with that in mind. I would just run the LPR for now until you get some, and try to over-pressurize the noid as little as possible. Just FYI, whatever that gauge reads on the front block is what's hitting the noid.

33 is fine as a substitute but Dow 55 is recommended and swells orings more than Dow 33.

Seems like air is bypassing the desired route because the O-ring on the stem of the LPR Base is too thin. Get a thicker one and try again or try to place a 2nd one on there to see if it'll maintain a seal. If you don't have another, a way to force the seal is to place a washer over the stem and then slide the O-ring on so it pushes it out far enough to create the seal with the Volly.

Now kids, relax as this next one is only to rule out my hunch is correct or wrong, but try wrapping the LPR base with Teflon tape to ensure it will seal and if it does that's your issue.

As a 3rd alternative you can use a rubber band and wrap it many times over the stem to create a thick rubber seal for testing purposes. If any of these work then you know you need a thicker O-ring.

And FYI DOW33 works perfectly fine and wont hurt a thing. 55 is good but I don't use it in it's pure form as I mix the 2 with Tri-Flow to create my own Lube that is superior to both.
