SP1 with rip clip
Thought id post a few pics of my SP1 thats rip clip fed. I finished this several months ago and it was worth every penny and minute i spent on it. Hope you guys enjoy.
In the video it chopped a ball or so, it was the beginning of spring with a $20 case of paint lol. Since then ive adjusted the rip clip settings and so far since then it hasnt missed a beat yet, great CQB marker for sure.

It's less of GOG looking into it and more of BT/KEE looking into making one with an adapter that works. Although it will probably need some grinding of the body besides just an adapter.
OP, do you have any pics of how you did it, and of how close the Rip Drive sits to your hand when you're holding the gun? Just curious since it looks like it would be pretty close.

No, neither the SP1 nor the G1 comes with an on/off ASA. The biggest difference is the G1 body has an interchangeable feedneck for either left/right or center feed, all stainless screws, and all G1's come with Blackheart-ready breech tubes. The SP1's had a fixed centerfeed, black oxide hardware that could rust over time, and didn't have the milling for eyes unless someone had already upgraded it with a Blackheart board kit (included the new breech back then).
The G1 also comes with the stock and stock adapter where it was a separate accessory for the SP1, and the G1 barrel is a 14 inch where the SP1's was an 8-ish inch barrel. I'm glad I hung on to the stock barrel from my SP1 I loved those short little barrels. Just need to get it Freak-bored now.

10" barrel. Love mine, just a little loud for my liking.

You're probably going to want the TM-series one. I tried using a standard BT4 version on my TM7 before they came out with the newer TM-specific ones, and it wouldn't consistently actuate, even with a more sensitive microphone. And that gun was a LOT louder and had a lot more "kick" than G1's do.
