Automag Efficiency Inserts for sale!
In Conjunction with Hill160881 and Luke's Custom's I had a run of Hill's Efficiency Inserts produced. The batch consists of 25 Inserts. 15 Classic Valve Inserts and 10 X Valve Inserts. They do not come with o rings. I am selling these inserts to anyone who may be interested.
ONLY 5 CLASSIC VALVE INSERTS LEFT.
The cost will be $25 Shipped per insert via Paypal.
Be sure to include your PBN user name and which insert you want in the transaction comments when sending your Payment!

Hmm, never went through. Nvm then. Ive been thinking and I think someone else could put this to better use as I have all day air. Maybe Ill pick one up if you guys do more runs.

I did not make these inserts. Luke over at Luke's Custom's machined them. I just paid for the whole batch. As far as making more of these get into contact with Luke in regards to that. All I have are the 7 classic valve inserts left.

Get ahold of Luke's Custom's. He may have some X valve inserts left. These inserts are done in batches and are not in regular production so I will not be receiving anymore X valve inserts unfortunately. |

I don't understand. I read that other thread and these things are supposed to increased the mag's efficiency. However, I didn't see a reliable source of data.
Does anyone have anything to show a considerable change in efficiency? Plus, is it just a drop in or do you have to adjust rings, pressures, and fps?
I would like one, but if it's going to be more of a PITA than anything, I'd rather not.

People have recently started posting their results in the original thread that I linked to. With some pretty decent numbers. The numbers are in the original thread to look over.
Installation instructions were right on the first page of the thread I linked to in my sale thread. But nonetheless, the Classic Valve inserts require you to open up the shot chamber and insert the sleeve. To do so you may have to break the weld that is keeping the shot chamber from unthreading. Please see the original thread I linked to for pictures.

Yeah, I saw all of that stuff. I was just curious if there was a more centralized, better laid out information and installation section. If I get around to getting this mag shipped to me anytime soon and you still have some left, I'll let you know for sure.
I was really interested in how much it actually increased the sound signature of the mag. I already have an A-5 with a Flatline, I don't really want another cannon.

Some did report that it did make the mag a little louder. I just wish that all of those who got the initial batch from Hill would have left him some feedback. I had 25 of these inserts made and a handful of results back. I appreciate the responses from those who gave feedback for sure. |
