Just finished seasoning 50 lbs of briset and put it in the freezer. I'm going to start cooking it Wednesday. This is going to be a great weekend. So everyone get your friends out here for the game of the year.

Just registered for this. Im making a special stop in dallas on my trip from pennsylvania to el paso just to play this game.
