How to repair: http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=3557682
To air them up, most of us use a leaf blower. Electric or gasoline will work. Some people outfit a gatorade or other wide mouth bottle onto their blowers as a funnel.
As for securing them to the ground, the majority of us use camping stakes, they are about 10" long and can be found in the camping department of most stores. For securing the bunkers indoors, some fill them with sand or water, or tie them down to jugs full of water or sandbags.
If you give us more information about how you plan to use them, we can give you better insight.

You can get kits from the manufacturer or if one bunker is a complete loss you can sacrifice it to save others.

The field owner bought tubs full of gear, guns, and bunkers off a field that went under.

What brand of bunker? Go to that mfgr's webpage for accessories.
Good luck!
