Just to be clear it's when the on/off plug below the barrel is off not the ASA on/off.

I have been doing a lot of research and I can't figure out the problem. When my on/off is, well, off I have a slight leak coming out of the trigger frame area. It's not a lot but just annoying and I have to air up a lot more. HPR is set around 5 turns and LPR is about 3. The leak is the same whether it's on or off but I figured it would be easier to track down when it's in the off position. I'm really afraid it's my solenoid but hopefully someone has better info.

You may want to pull the o/o out and replace the o ring the sits against the body of the plug - it is the clear oring type from the factory and can get dried out from age.
While you're at it, you can replace the rest of the orings on the plug too.

I would just go with a cp continuous flow plug and see if that helps

Yes it does leak when it's turned on. I stripped everything down and removed the solenoid and it definitely is coming from the On/Off.

I pulled it out a relubed it, I don't have any spare o-rings atm but it still does leak slightly.

I ordered one yesterday from ActionVillage and it should be here later this week. I will install it and update when I do. I didn't know the DM7's on/offs were so faulty.
