NEIC AA Discussion

I didn't see it anywhere else and I figured it might be a good idea to get the ball rolling because its never to early to start planning so we can get the funding we need and what not.

I've been talking to Casey from RIT about an event at Headrush again. And as far as topgun goes, that event went over pretty well too and it'd be nice to play there again.

Basically who's interested in showing up to AA events this year?

Depending on location, Liberty is up for coming up north.

FYI, the Liberty Open is September 29. On our campus event and always a good size tournament.

is Fox4 hosting another AA event this fall? Rutgers is interested in attending that and any event at topgun probably

Hartford can most certainly talk to Dave at Fox4 about an event. Im sure he will be more then willing to hold one again

guys remember to split the distance with the southern teams sometimes, i know its hard but we got to help each other out this year, pretty hard to do in the past.

We (Fox 4) are willing to host an event again this year. However, we also fully realize the distrance issues with some of the more southern schools and understand if another location is selected over us.

What about a spring event at lainway? Its a bit further south so we may get more teams, but not too far away for us and oswego. Plus im sure the albany schools wouldnt mind going there either.

Ive briefly talked to my boss about this. He seemed interested in the idea. We still need a little more time to get going this semester as a field. And anyone with experience setting up an event id love to pick your brain

Were kind of new ( Umass Amherst Paintball) but we will probably be trying to get into class AA and were in northeast and i think we can work something out with our home field Camelot paintball in chicopee,MA for an event if people are willing to come

Hey for future reference if you guys wanna set up a practice before an event on a fully gridded field with a current bunker kit just let me know and we can set it up at the field I work at.

is camelot still around? you could try coming to matt's outback in Coventry CT. It's a bit further for you but i dont think the drive would be terrible.

Yeah ryan Camelot is still alive and kicking , owner has been real nice to us. We will be heading down to matts occasionally

Rowan University would like to make a first-time NCPA class AA showing, Top Gun would be a decent distance for us.

If you guys end up getting a squad/line together and want to come down to Lainway and get some games in we could set something up. Were just over two hours away.

Makes it a lot easier to plan events if everyone knows what weekends are free for the most schools.
