I shoot my Ripper 3, my brother shoots his Empire 2, and my dad rocks his Infamous...we've all got a lurker ram in them. Definitely be interested in a new valve though!

Yeah at $25 for a set of 2. 
I have this same 2-piece setup on a few of my Timmys and a single 1-piece low profile fitting on a couple others that I take down a tad with my dremel for added clearance. I'll post pics in a bit.

Any update on these? I have the Eigenram, but with the stock valve it won't close half the time. Would this updated valve remedy this?

I have an empire II... It shoots but leaks too

The purging and degassing of the GEN4 has not been necessary since the inception of the Brass Poppet. I've owned 4 of them and never had a single issue pre or post Brass poppet.
Standard operating procedure for me is gas up for games and degas afterwards and my Markers all gas up to the same settings every time.

I also currently own 4 (all brass poppets) and never do reg resets or anything unless I need to retune for some reason. Just gas and degas whenever needed! |

The 2k9 spec Eigenram hasn't had any issues with 'em. Nothing to 'fix'. I could ADD a rocket cap like we are with the G6R, though

just call that platform perfect and move on, i see how it is (even though it actually is)
