did anyone happen to catch the argument over the kid standing behind the d1/pro fields deadbox and being blamed for cheating? kid got owned by the teams coach and ref but im not totally sure what he did

Yeah I was there when it happened. He was coaching the Dynasty 2 team against PBLyfe Elite telling him where bodies were on the field.

He said he was "sorry" and the head NPPL guy came to talk to him after.

Should've been a penalty regardless if he was with Dynasty 2 or not, but nothing came out off it in the end. The head NPPL guy didn't even come over to talk to PBLyfe about what had happened either. All I heard later is, "it wouldn't have made a difference...." I think that's pretty ****ty hearing that from the guy overseeing the calls for the NPPL. It's definitely sad when kids sneak into the divider with no wristband and start telling teams on the field where bodies are. What's even worse is that numerous people throughout the tournament were watching the games in the divider.

I walked by as it happened. The kid was young and he wasn't even loud enough to be a factor. Nor would any D1 or Pro caliber player would even pay attention to it. The kid did say sorry and that he didn't know.
Bottom line.... Non-factor.

thanks guys i was just really curious... as i was on the people who wouldnt stand in the divider and only used it to walk through haha

I spoke about not coaching or talking to players on the field several times on the mic and also asked people to not stand between the fields. From what I understand the kid made an honest mistake (if not he would've been kicked off the grounds).

agreed^ he was just a little guy. If he were older, or a player it would be different. But he may of not even realized there is no coaching in 7 man (maybe only attended xball events where everyone screams). Mistakes happen
