hi guys,
recently purchased a ape raider board for my FEP quest, and after installing it, the board turn on and goes through all settings, also the board refuses to turn off, i eventually have to pull the battery out to get it off, which means although i can scroll through the modes it will not let me save any nor switch firing modes.

Any help would be great fully appreciated, also just as a note i did try to take the board out the marker and shut it off straight from the board, and no luck still won't turn off?

Did you purchase the board new? If you did just contact support@goapeonline.com and they will get you fixed up That sounds like the code messed up when it was put on the board. Not an excuse but that is about all I can think of without looked at it so just contact our support and they will handle getting it taken care of for you and sorry for the inconvenience
