You cant get aftermarket parts, $400 is abotu $50 higher than resale on here, but still in the ball park.

Tuning will have to be left up to someone else.

If it's never been fired, I wouldn't do any tuning at all. Leave the dwell where it is and just adjust your HPR and LPR as per the manual. Once you have a few cases through it you can experiment if you like.

Aftermarket parts aren't really needed to be honest. Not even the trigger if you use ramping.

The stock trigger is a Critical anyways, right?

Stock regulator and LPR is really good as well.

Learn how to tune and maintain your marker, make sure the bolt is oiled with a non-petroleum or water based lubricant and you're golden

oh, and don't shoot marbles. I mean, if you want to nail someone, go ahead and lose your chance at having a future, but remember that it will ruin the breech, bolt and barrel of your gun.

Having a broken nice gun always sucks more than going to prison for at least 2 years for puncturing someone's skull with a "firearm"

tuning is super simple on the indys. you just put the dwell to 12 *stock setting, i had mine at 11.5 for a while and went back to 12* tune to 280 lower the lpr a bit and then crank the lpr up slowly untill your velocity doesnt go up any further, tune back to 280 on the inline and boom!

fits any bob long marq board and if you want to upgrade the bolt, pooty51 does mods for 20 bucks. but from owning my indy for a while i can say there is no need to upgrade it, just clean the rammer once a year and enjoy

I hate how so many people are still on the upgrade bandwagon. Most new guns need nothing! Even the triggers which a lot of people change on most guns don't need to be changed. They just need to be set up properly for your hand.

Here is a tip I always use. Set your trigger up so it's comfortable with your OFF hand. Then you'll be able to really get on it with your dominant hand. Realistically no new gun/trigger will feel as good as one you're already used to. After a few times playing with it, even a popsicle stick will feel fine.

i normally agree with you mstrkey, but not this time. some triggers i literally suck on. i play nppl as well as psp so i need a trigger that works for both. so i normally have to change to like a violent series or power trigger (depending on the gun).

for my aliens though, they always stay with the stock trigger. i love it

Huh.......weird. I've never found a modern gun with a trigger I couldn't rock. Wait......I take that back. Those stock shocker triggers back in the day were a bit tough. That was a while ago though. I think the problem is most people remove the springs or have their magnets set too low. You need them to help keep the trigger "bouncing" as it were. Too little return force and your trigger will lag out a lot, for lack of a better term.

Ive never had a problem walking any trigger but there is definitely a style and setting I prefer. I think a lot of the issue stems from that

Luckily for me, Critical is exactly what I wanted.

.45 grips and an "S" style trigger <3
