Where can I find this manufacturers info?

Want to order there paintballs but no information for them is online.

I am fairly certain this paint is made by Kee.

It was sold by KEE, not made by KEE. they no longer carry it.
Valken claims WPN is making their Fate line of paint, but the stuff I tested was REALLY hard, nothing like the WPN shell. the fill was nice and bright and a lot of it, thin like the old WPN. mask shots look great anywhere else and it disappears.

I was under the impression that Kee manufactured it also, but in like with CapitolPaintball's post, the Valken paint is made in Asia......so the WPN paint would be coming out of Asia. Although I havent seen this stuff around in some time. Why are you so interested in it? There are plenty of balls out there that are easy to locate, good paint at a good price.
