Hey.

I did a full rebuild off all the o-rings, took everything apart. all the way down to the solenoid. (real clever i know) and then i lubed everything up and put it back together.
After this i can hear a really small leak from what seems to come from the lpr part that touches the manifold, but it also leaks from what i think is the vent holes for the noid (NOT during shooting ofc) I used the soapy water method to detect the leaks
What i found strange tho, where inside the noid there are two orange plastic o-rings that was cut in half.

does some of you gurus know what is wrong

If its what Im thinking of the noid orange orings are fine the way they are. Are the vent holes in the back of the gun under the battey?

The leak in the manifold could be a oring size problem or a nick in the oring or manifold.

The vent holes are milled in to the manifold, they go out side of the solenoid.

I have swaped all of the oring's several times, but im buying a new manifold to see if that fixes the problem.

Yeah, I would do that I'm not able to picture the holes you are talking about. Unless you are talking about the two holes on the bottom of the manifold but those should have orings to seal them to the body of the gun.

Look at this animation carefully, it shows how simple these guns really are and makes it really easy to diagnose problems. This is actually how I fixed mine.

Thanks, i got the mechanism figured out now. Just waiting for the manifold to arrive

those orange rings are suppose to be cut...
