It is recommended you use low pressure for the sake of the seals between the frame and ASA. You technically can use HP, but it is not recommended. Just buy a Ninja Reg for $30 and put it on your tank without any shims. They work great. Also, don't forget to download the manual, many other questions can be answered there.

Agreed with hipnopath. Ninja SLP reg is best but if you want to go cheaper, buy a ninja adjustable and take all the shims out. I wouldn't recommend anything else.

Yes, your marker will explode in hundred piece then a flag will appear and will say read and follow the manual.

You are getting a gun that retailed for 1500+ dollars and is still worth upwards of a grand. Please just buy a reg that outputs 450psi or less and save yourself future posts on why your gun is spraying air out the side

Pure Energy tanks come set to HP output. You will need to purchase an LP conversion kit in order to lower your output pressure.
LP kits will have 12 shims and the standard HP/Stock count is 10 shims. An LP kit is a much cheaper option then buying a whole new reg and pretty much any marker on the market, except older spyders and tippmanns, will use LP input and operate without issue.

another good option. DO NOT USE OIL IN YOUR HPA REG SYNTHETIC GREASE ONLY

Actually you want 100% silicone based grease. Dow 55 happens to be silicone based, perfect for the reg and the ripper. Hint hint.
