Weight-gaining question...
Been looking at certain routines and stuff, I think I'm going to do one of the beginners routines on bodybuilding.com starting tomorrow just to get myself going. I'm about 6'1'' but I'm skinny as hell, only at like 155 right now...I want to gain 20 pounds, as quickly/most healthily as possible.
Nutrition wise, should I be staying away from milk/dairy products with any fat? I really don't know **** about this but I'm researching/looking thru forums, if you guys have any tips...please, feel free. Thanks.

I prefer to work out alone. It enables me to concentrate on the lessons that the Iron has for me. Learning about what you're made of is always time well spent, and I have found no better teacher. The Iron had taught me how to live. Life is capable of driving you out of your mind. The way it all comes down these days, it's some kind of miracle if you're not insane. People have become separated from their bodies. They are no longer whole.

the slower the weight gain, the better. dont rush it

Dietary fat has very little to do with increased body fat. Eating too many calories has everything to do with increased body fat.
In order to put on muscle, you are going to have to eat "too many" calories. This is how you grow. Yes, you will gain a bit of fat in the process. Deal with it.

Transfat is what makes you fat
Also, it isn't hard for most newbs to gain mass without adding BF

No, trans fatty acids just **** up your cholesterol. You can have ****ty cholesterol without being fat, it's just that being fat greatly increases your chances of having ****ty cholesterol/hypertension/a million other cardiovascular conditions and diseases.

electrolytes contain electrons, they will react with protons, so make sure to take enough sterons to counteract this reaction
