sup pbnation!!!! me again.....

a freind of mine wanted me to clean his 98 custom for him the other day, and this thing was TRASHED!!!! i easily cleaned out the inner parts, lubricated them, placed them back in, and so on.
the gun works perfectly for a first gen. 98 custom, but the outside of it is a mess. sticky and dried paint everywhere, scuff marks outta the wazoo.....it's crazy!!!!! can i polish it with some shoe polish or something to make it look nicer?

some watered down rubbing alcohol works great for cleaning old dried up paint and gunk.

Provided you get all the trigger pins and stuff out, you could run the two body halves in the dishwasher to clean them.

If it still looks bad, I'd sand down the body shells and paint them.
