Here's the 4th segment posted by this builder. My only
issue with it is that it's too slow and too small to be of
any real use in scenarios, but you've got to admit he's
sure taken his time to make it look realistic.

Yeah, James has done another fine job of tank building. He also has a scaled Leopard 2A6.
I believe the E-25 is running a 22 hp Honda motor, direct coupled to the VD Hydro pump, fixed displacement motors. Last update I read was that it should yield about 5 mph. Sounds like the hydaulics could handle up to 50 hp input, so if the Honda motor doesn't quite have enough squirrels, he has an upgrade path without having to add any reduction.
His tracks are very clever, and although repetitive, are not too hard to fab. They are individual links, just like the real thing, so they can be repaired by replacing damaged links. Conveyor style tracks are a bit tougher to fix if damaged. The square tube treads are beveled to reduce turning forces, and closed off to keep debris from accumulating.
This will make a very formidable PB TD.

TWA 2341: "Center, we are at 35,000 feet. How much noise can we make up here?"
Tower: "Sir, have you ever heard the noise a 747 makes when it hits a 727?"
