I was thinking this over as I put my Axe up for sale for only pumps.

It's quite hard for people right now to find my Axe while wanting to trade their pump I think. Of course you can always search for an "Axe F/S/T" but I'd imagine it would be easier for those to find a gun while trying to trade their pump. I'd rather be specific with my searches than having such a broad spectrum of people to look at my gear. If I specify that I

For example, making subforums such as:

Electro LF Pumps Only
Pumps LF Mech Only
Electro LF Mech Only
Electro LF Cash Only
Electro LF Non-Paintball Gear + Pumps Only

Specific forums to help narrow down the B/S/T even further.

Just a thought, maybe the current scale is plenty big, but I just like to refine things down a bit more.

I wouldn't see how gold up's would be out of business?

You're searching for a specific piece of gear or cash that you want, just under a subforum, a more specific subforum.

If you're selling your CCM T2 and you only want an Electro, how would would it be to have a subforum called Pumps LF Electros ONLY?

The overall idea of categorizing B/S/T into more specific sections would decrease the number of threads per forum. If you're post can be on the front page then why gold up?

Not 5x as many, just 6 more specific.

Vice versa for all of these too.

Pumps for Electros
Pumps for Mechs
Electros for Mechs
Guns for Cash
Guns for Non-Paintball
Guns for Trades (The most general)

The search right now is too broad.

Posting your gun in the electronics, stating what you'd like to get, but what you would like to get could be anything (cash, pumps, mech, non-paintball).

Why not refine the search just a tad bit so it's easier for people to find what they want?

I hate looking for a gun, stumbling upon something that looks awesome, only to find out they want only cash and NOT trades. Why can't you save yourself a wealth of time and hop into the Guns for Trade subforum and then search for pumps? Easily refined search knowing you're looking for what you want and knowing they only want trades?

I would think making subforums with brand names under the BST thread would help. If you have a dye marker to sell you can put it in the dye subforum under the main BST forum. If you have multiple markers to sell and they are different brands you can still post that in the main BST.
