Hey everyone,
I'm looking to put together a spreadsheet with some information about all the Nerve's Smartparts produced. I'm looking to determine things like production numbers, colors, etc. This will help a lot for people looking to sell their guns, or just determine how many similar guns were produced. If you get a moment fill out the following template and post it on here, or PM it back to me. Thanks!

Basic Info
Serial Number: NRVXXXXX
Model: Base Model/Ultimate/Nasty? (If it's an Ultimate it came with an inline Max-Flo regulator and air tank system, Basic just came with a drop forward asa and foregrip regulator.)
Year Produced: If known?
Original Color: Red/Pewter/Blue/Black/etc?
Barrel Back: Old style Stainless Steel Freak back, or New style black back?
Barrel Front: All American or Freak for Stainless Freak. Straight or Spiral porting for new style Freak.
Condition: In-op, Poor, Good, Great, Excellent, Like New, New in Box.

Ultimate Nerve Only
Original Tank Size & Pressure? Ex:68/4500
Original Reg: Max-Flo Manifold, Max-Flow Inline (Adjustable, 2 gauges), Max-Flow Micro (Non-Adjustable, 1 gauge).
Anything else I forgot to mention?

Additional Information
Bolt Color: Original bolt color White or Red? (See pic below)
Volumizer/LPR Extender: Y/N? (See pic below)
Redesigned hammer? With glide ring. (See Pic)
Redesigned bolt?? Added a small depression to the front to help reduce breaking paint. (See Pic)
Body porting? Holes drilled in lower portion of the body, one is visible when pushing the ram in from the back of the gun. (See Pic)
Upgrades/Mods: NDZ Triggers, Backplates, regs, etc.
