In regards to over pressurization I have the v1 top hat. Now when "pre setting" it and doing the 1/4 turn on the v1 do I want the holes on the outside of the insert to line up with the holes on the outside of the top hat? seems like if I turn mine a true quarter of a turn it is a little off and only the bottom half of the insert holes are showing from under the tophat

Wasn't aware they updated the top-hats.

the holes don't have to line up at all. It's just for clearance in case the top hat is cranked down. Air flows through every little nook and cranny so don't worry about it.

Like I said in my video, it's on a need basis. If you unscrew the transfer port all the way, it'll cause the marker to over-pressurize because it's leaking. The V2 is a little taller so it'll prevent the problem. Like the V2 ASA core, if you don't have the problem, you don't need the new part. It's COMPLETELY OPTIONAL (just so you know)

LOL well I have to say Machine is awesome, my first vapor was having major issues and sent it in to Ken and it was deemed past fixing so I was able to get a new marker from them. Awesome customer service I have to say. One little hiccup to this sweet new marker though, I went to put the battery in it and no battery connector was in the marker. Well looks like I have to wait to play with it next weekend.

Congrats on the new marker! Did you check the parts kit to see if the connector is in there? Mine was in there.

feedback would be to go research the grips dye put on the dm12 and engineer something very similar for the vapor as those are the best grips i have ever held and the current ones dont even really fit on the marker there is a huge gap between the grip frame and my grips and the front loop part isnt flush either so they rattle and move and i can feel the battery thru them, fix the eye covers i was lucky to find mine when they blew off yesterday, and i am talking to tech support now about my reg issue but the guy just seems to be a bit of a dim lightbulb as im describing these issues like my reg sleeve(which i still cant fix because the hex in the top of my tophat is either frozen or stripped) and hes like you should never adjust that hex slot in your reg tophat... really dude? so i shouldnt straighten my reg sleeve i should just leave it cockeyed?
i like this marker too much to have such simple retarded problems oh and ps they need a more adjustable stock trigger

Yes really dude. The Allen inside the top hat housing isn't not the adjustment to move the reg. the Allen inside the top hat housing is the top hat. And does not need to be adjusted. So, yea really dude.

maybe not the best time to post, but here's my 2cents:
the newer tophats and transfers are threadlocked in place, however some of the older ones are not. That video was for the people who have "unlocked" transfer ports.
As for the grips, mine fit just fine....? And Dye isn't the be-all-to-end-all of grip manufactures. I tend to prefer PE grips. Pick up an ego9 and you'll know what I mean.
In the eye cover department: There's a "fix" RIGHT IN MY TUNING GUIDE. Here, I'll post a link...just for you: http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.p...6#post75812706
Also note, I fix markers for free. If you pay for shipping to/from me, I'll get it tuned.

I found that sending in my marker to have machine look at was the best bet. Mine was so bad that it could not be fixed and was replaced very quickly the guys there are awesome. The tech there would keep me up to date everyday and before i know it i had a vapor in my hands. Send it in with an email to the tech guys explaining your problems and that way he can see it in person. Then it can be fixed right and sent back to you. Could just be a miss communication between you and the tech. Approach it from that point and see if you can get it resolved.

Cool thing I just found out guys (probably already known) buyt if you turn the screw on the trigger that touches the micro switch out far enough the top of the screw housing touches a metal bar right above the micro switch protecting the switch from the switch bottoming out. Then adjust the screw that touches the magnet above the trigger to reign in the trigger length and you get a crisp smooth trigger pull and no risk of hurting the micro switch. Hopefully this makes sense. lol

Yep! That's how I dialed my trigger in; I bent my microswitch lever just a bit to get it to activate sooner and still hit the metal bar before the microswitch.

Just put a case and a half through mine this morning...Unfortunately, the Wolfpack boys were there to slaughter me all day, but I got a few Gs that I'm proud of.
