new guy Ego Etek 08

I have a (like new) Planet Eclipse Ego Etek 08 model, so i think this is the standard model made in 2008. The model names are really confusing!
The base Etek manual appears to be the exact gun.

while trying to learn the programming and set it up - i have searched and searched and cannot find recommended or factory default setup values. Every ones answer seems to be different.

mine currently is the following.

Fire mode - 1
Max RoF w eyes - 15
Max RoF w/o eyes - 12
Dwell - 15
Debouce - 5
Ball Detection time - 4

I just want to make sure im close to the factory defaults for starting out.

testing it out yesterday i was double loading a bit and chopping some paint, so I cleaned the stock bolt, cleaned the eyes, replaced the detents (they would pushed down one direction really easy compared to new ones so i assumed they are worn)

Are my settings at a good starting baseline?
the Dwell is max is that right? seems like its too high?

Thanks in advance!

Unless you are chopping paint for a reason other than shooting ****ty paint there is no reason to change the bolt.

So a update (not that anyone is reading) took my gun to a pro shop to have it gone over and tech'd because I just couldn't solve the issues myself.

I got it from a different shop knowing it was used (sold as is) but the damn thing was in mint condition, dry fired excellent. But when got home and loaded with paint it had severe first shot drop off and random to low velocity issues.

Anyways The tech shop tore the gun apart and replaced all orings and reset everything only to find out the solenoid was bad lesson learned by me.. Being new to electronic markers... Don't trust the seller by seeing and testing by dry fire only.. Test with paint!!! That was a 125.00 bill I wasnt expecting.

At least now on a good note it fires excellent!
