PLEASE make more 09 Impulse Firing Valve Cores!
Does anyone know if GOG will be getting or making any more 09 Impulse FIRING VALVE CORE parts? - I understand that they've tapped out cannibalizing their returned Impys for spare parts. Any word on this? Or is this just a rumor? I need one badly. Please - PLEASE - PLEASE!!! (I'd buy THREE of them, if it were possible!)

there are some fixes that people have done to get their leaking valve cores to work. I think most were using plasti dip on it. lemmie search for the thread.

Thanx for the link. I saw that thread. Very helpful. Unfortunately, the plasti-dip method is still very sketchy and somewhat only a temporary fix. I haven't yet tried the spring fix. (Unable to find the right spring) I did hear that GOG may be making more of these firing valves parts...I just have no idea if that is true or only a rumor to keep the villagers calm and happy.

I wonder if GI milsim is still around? they were making the 50 cal imps (or maybe just selling them). Wonder if that is where gog might be getting the parts from canabalizing those?
I wonder if there was enough interest if a PL company might make some. Lurker paintball was going to do valves for the gen 4 intimidators. would be a stretch since the 09s dont seem very prevalent.

I've luckily not had any issues with my poppet, but I imagine I'd probably pick up a few just in case if there ever were an opportunity for more cores; I plan on keeping my Impy for a long time and want to have as many parts as possible.

GOG swears to be coming in contact with them, take that for what you will.
They would be fairly easy to remanufacture, it would just be finding the right material. Someone should convince lurker paintball!

I sent 2 in and had teh valve replaced for free

ATM gog has none. Just called...
And to add insult, they told me to call gi milsim, as if I was bothering them...
"ugh, no simple *****.. That's why I called you" in my best Katt Williams voice
But for real smart part's... The owners of the 09 impulse are some of your most loyal, don't screw us and lie to us about these valve cores. Just do it!!!

I know too many friend's in the engineering field not to do something about this... Next get together, I'll bring the 09's, and let them ponder the templates for a whole new manufactured product (cause clearly there is a serious need or them)... We'll see how far that goes...

Ego Detents are a "plug and play". I never had to modify any to fit. Open eye door and install.
