D-Lite Stem

I have a question about the D- Lite valve stem. I bought one a few weeks ago due to my stock magno valve stem (the metal one) had separated from the delrin material. I ran into that magnet problem with the D-lite as some people have noticed so I super glued it back in. The question I have was there something I needed to do to the stem to get it to sit right? The reason I ask is after putting it in it sounds like it does not sit right and leaks or has a small spacing and allows a small amount to leak out.

Sometimes a new D-Lite stem will leak very slightly for a few hundred shots until it has conformed to the shape of your valve face. If it isn't actually physically fitting into the valve, that's another story.

No it sits in there but I would have thought by now which I have shot about a case through it thinking that the same thing that it would break in. I guess I may just need to shoot it a little more hoping that it seats right.

I would give it another case and see if it wears in. Some people have reported having to put 2 or 3 cases through their new D-Lite stems to break them in. Dryfiring is fine for putting those shots on if you don't want to wait until the next time you play.

Ok I have not gotten a chance to go to the field and try to break in the stem but the thing I noticed the other night after taking the marker apart was the stem seemed to be at a slight angle now. Is this normal or what could be causing it to bend? It was straight when I first put in into the marker and was straight after I had superglued the magnet back into the stem. Any ideas?

maybe you didnt have the stem all the way in the valve and screwed in the magno screw in, caught the stem and torqued it in an angle??
