Have 2x Shocker cant remove the manifold screw using 1/16" key. Any other advice seems like screws are stripped. Is it wise to cut a slot in these?

you can try a watchmakers screw driver (flat head) or a screw-out if they are not completely rounded. cutting a slot may be the way to go; take it easy so you dont damage the body or manifold.

manifold is crap anyway so I dont care if it gets damaged love the body tho

They may be blue loctited in there, which can make them near impossible to remove because of how small those screws are.

seems like its an NDZ manifold missing 3 orings :-x Regular orings don't fit in these as the hole is to small could i take the orings from a stock manifold and superglue them into the ndz manifold?

You need the right size orings, gluing them in won't mean they'll seal. I had a shocker leaking due to too large a diameter oring in the manifold.

Really considering to slot it and then use a flat head... Drilling it seems almost impossible

Ended up drilling out the screws -- used vice grips to remove screw -- replaced with a random pc screw that I had laying around just cut it to size... yay no more hex keys hello stainless steel
