i sent stinger paintball an email about a month or so ago and they said they most likely WONT be doing any grips due to the tab that the etha panels have...

Teammate made them. Don't want to turn this into b/s/t, but I believe he did have some extras made. I'll check with him, and maybe look at selling to the public if interest is there.

awesome. I was just curious to a general cost. I know SPD does ego grips for ~$30 if it's less than that it's a great option.
