starting berberine in the fasted state for massive upregulation of AMPK this week - I think this could kick ***. GDAs might be pretty good but have been used totally incorrectly by the fitness community

I recall Neuron dosing it at 50mg twice daily, with no proof of toxicity.
What type of berberine are you using?
