Get a mag and keep it for life. you save a lot of cash probaly but what i do is start out with one mag the trick it out personalize it like everyone does to theirs (different of course). Once done, use it,buy another repeat (make sure you make them all differently) oh and you gotta make sure you make your favorite WAY better than all the others so you can whoop your friends. Just make sure you put a random code that you will never remember on your credit cards etc.. so you never know what you bought

Ive been playing since 1990 and it must be over 30k including travel. I dont regret any of it. A bad day of paintball is still better than a good day at work.

Just calculated,
In gear alone in 1 1/2 year 3800 $
if you take out the money I made reselling some of it about 2500 $
That's without paint/entree/gas
It's not that bad, I own 3 guns and 2 are for sale, a new GT is coming-in. So I'll be left with a GT and an S6.5
I still use the first soft gear I bought. I should be able to stop spending on gear after my new clone is there. Which would leave me with the usual paint/entree/gas.
