Please Search for DM Tuning. I have discussed this topic a number of times. The process hasn't change, the person asking has.

If it's BWing'd it doesn't need to be tuned.

that is the worst statment ever.. Every dm needs to be tuned at some point, with or without a bolt

When a gun is "BWing'd", it has been modified and/or tuned by Billy Wing. That's what makes it "BWing'd". And I'm sure most would agree thats what they would understand if someone says there gun was "BWing'd". So no, it's not the worst statment ever.
Now if he meant that the gun has a BWing bolt on it, than yes it would have to be tuned eventually.

Regardless you still have to tune it after awhile, it doesn't stay tuned forever..

I would do the dwell at 21 like previously stated then just turn lpr all the way in..
Once you air up the gun, bolt will shoot foward. Then slowly back out lpr until bolt sucks completely back. After turn an extra 1/4 turn out and it should be good to go

turn lpr all the way in, go out 2 turns, shoot/adjust out more till it shoots consistently over the chrono, adjust hpr to velocity.
