Thats a good question... Ive done plenty of rehydros but never in Alaska.

Maybe look in the air tank forums for at least a good option to ship your tank out of state cause I have a feeling that you might not find a whole lot of affordable options even in Anchorage.

Pretty sure the dive shop in wasilla will do hydro testing, you can call them at (907) 745-3483.

Cool I'll give them a call tomorrow. I've been sending emails to dive shops around the anchorage area too but haven't got a response yet.

The wasilla dive shop does hydrotesting. 50$ for Hydrotest and fill. 45$ for just the test. Give them a call if you need Hydrotest 907-745-3483.

Arctic fire and safety used to re hydro tanks in fairbanks not sure if they still do or not.
