Lol you guys are so bitter about Crosby. It really is pathetic watching you guys whine about him.
He's much better than Stamkos btw. Stamkos can score sure, but his overall game is no where near Crosby's. You keep telling yourself whatever you want to if it makes you feel better.

In other news my wife had a surprise for me when we got home yesterday. She told me while I was out to sea she was going to be making all the stuff for our sons nursery. It's completely Penguin themed. It's pretty awesome.

Last full season Crybaby played, he had 109 pts and Stammer only had mid 90s if I remember right. There's no denying his skill as a player, even though he's a *****.

If off-ice **** really mattered that much I am sure there are plenty of *****es in the league. Crosby wasn't the first and won't be the last. He is just the focus now.

You're not helping your case any really. You know what Crosby did in his second season? He scored 120 points. Stamkos is not as good as Crosby. Just give it up lol.

lets see crosby play a full season at a higher level than stamkos again. I'll take the guy who scores 60 goals and 97 pts in a full season over a guy who scores 37pts but only plays in 22 games.

In my opinion, you can't call somebody who hasn't played close to a full season in 3 years the best player in a sport. I don't see why that's so outrageous.

Not so sure you can't. His PPG were among the highest in the league when he was playing. The best or among the best, yes. Bet for his team over the past 3 years, that is a different story.

if you can't hold up for a full season, you aren't the best player in a league. Staying healthy is one of the most important factors in being an athlete.

I don't agree with that at all. Lemieux missed a lot of time due to injury and illness. That didn't stop him from being one the best players ever. Just because there is some issue keeping from the ice doesn't mean you aren't still the best player. You aren't helping your team as much, but being injured has nothing to do with your individual skill level. Even after missing a season and a half Crosby came back and looked better then Stamkos.
We can agree to disagree I guess.

um, no, he didn't. He came back and wasn't even the best player on his team as they got bent over in the PO's. And Stamkos may not be better than crosby, but I wouldn't hesitate to say Giroux and Malkin are until crosby proves he can stay healthy and play at a similarly high level to his half season in 10/11.
