My current gun setup is in my sig. I've spent a lot of time upping my Axe and tinkering with it to make it shoot about as smooth and quiet as any high-end gun. I'm quite happy with it but if I had to pick another gun to buy, it would be a Clone GT.

Bought my 9yo daughter (the short one) some camo cargo pants with foam padding stuffed in the various pockets (made from bed roll), some kiddo football shorts for slider shorts, one of those ATV armor things, a large neck protector, and a full head helmet. I think thats some sort of Brass Eagle there, but she normally plays with a Spyder MR1 but wants a full auto... which she will not got. She is pretty aggressive (very likely since there is little pain involved) and can merge into cover which surprises some full grown players and gets her some eliminations that she probably has no business getting. Comes at you like a Spyder monkey!

Me on the right, I just grab whatever gun is left over from the community gun pile (outlaw field with friend and co workers), we have about 15 working in a big tote at any given time given how much repair time is invested. Tippy, Spyder, Brass Eagle, Auto Cocker, Minimag, PMI pirahna, VL Orion, and 1 pump Tiger Shark converted to fire one at a time first strike rounds. If I buy a better gun I am going to get a TPX and a shoulder holster set up.... but probably not. Less then 600 invested in entire armory.

The gear... well, I think the only actual paintball gear is a cheap pair of slider shorts (13$ online to protect the junk), a old pair of skateboard kneepads, some Kevlar/Nomex rip stop cargo pants I have left over form when I used to be a wildland fire fighter (super tough, will not tear), one of my under armor shirts, some work gloves (mechainix 3) with finger tips cut off, an old Vforce mask I got on ebay, lens good, with a paintjob, my doc martin boots, and my trusty Krakadu hunting/fishing vest with a leatherman skeletool, cresent, sae/metric allen wrenches, squeegie, lens wipes and a rag, rolaids, monocular, GMRS radio, Iphone in otter box, 2 140 pods, I spare 9oz co2 tank, some flagging orange roll and white roll, blue timer hanging around my neck to make games shorter.

Last but not least my dreaklocks.... keeps the back of the neck covered and makes me run faster!

Some of the community junker guns before we went hog wild and bought real hoppers for them... yes, those are oil cans. Now you are probably wondering how can such junk be fun to play with? Well we have a semi auto rule only so it really doesn't matter what marker you have as long as the barrel is clean they are all equal... well not ergonomically but in general performance.
