ST:Fantasy football thread
At the suggestion of Jewfro, I may be making a league for some of the regulars in here. What I need is to know how many people would be joining, what site you would like to use (NFL.com, ESPN, Yahoo), and if you have any other preferences (10 or 12 team league, flex positions, IDP, etc).
If I were to make the league right now, it would be a 10 team league on ESPN, with standard scoring, no IDP, two RB's, two WR's, one flex (RB/WR), one TE, one K, one DST. The draft would likely be on a Saturday or Sunday evening, probably around 8pm.
Whether you're new to fantasy football or have been playing for years, you'd be welcome to join. All I ask is that you be present for the draft, and you are active in the league.
If you create a team, and then let it sit for the rest of year, not making any trades or even switching out players or free agents, you will not be welcome for next year's league, if we have one.
As of right now, the people who are likely to join are:
1. Me

3. Smart_parts_player12
4. Dirtybirdy51
5. Barber

10.
The smallest league allowed by ESPN is 6 teams, I don't know about other sites. The smallest I would LIKE to do is 10, but any league is (usually) better than none.
Once we get a few more players interested and we're closer to the number of people we need, I'll create the league. Just post in here with what site you would want (if you have a preference), and what date and time you would prefer the draft.
I know that there won't be a perfect time and date for the draft for everybody, so some of us may have to make sacrifices to make it. We don't HAVE to have 100% draft participation, but more is better.

im cool with 10 or 12, on espn preferably, the settings you listed sound good to me as well
h00dlum may be interested, possibly kobraa too, **** i think pelt might be in, but iirc he likes doing the money leagues
